Istvan “Ish” Nyilas has over 18 years’ experience in sales and marketing, construction operations and acquisitions. While working for K. Hovnanian Homes as an onsite salesperson and international sales liaison at the prestigious 77 Hudson property in Jersey City, Mr. Nyilas acquired NJBA SAM Million Dollar Club status in 2012 and 2013. From 2014 through 2020 Mr. Nyilas added the coveted NJAR Circle of Excellence Award (given to the top real estate salespeople in the state of NJ) to his distinguished achievements.
With over $200mm in real estate transactions under his belt, Mr. Nyilas has developed an acumen for traditional and cutting-edge technologies/practices including digital marketing and social media advertising. Mr. Nyilas is highly experienced in event based marketing, pricing and incentive strategy, model merchandising and Fannie Mae/FHA threshold management for new construction properties. This unique set of skills and expertise is truly differentiated and a distinct advantage in today’s fiercely competitive market.
Mr. Nyilas boasts an active database of thousands of clients. He has traveled extensively overseas, most recently to Hong Kong and Singapore where he successfully organized and hosted real estate exhibitions at the Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels. His global reach and sphere of influence extends beyond the U.S., to include countries in Asia, Europe, South Africa, South and Central America, the Middle East, and Russia.
Mr. Nyilas is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ (B.E. Computer Engineering) and holds an M.B.A. in Project and Construction Management.

Randy Brosseau has over 25 years experience in real estate, 15 of which while employed by K. Hovnanian Homes (NYSE: HOV).
Mr. Brosseau has completed over 30 transactions on real estate assets valued at over $500 million.
During his tenure with K. Hovnanian Homes, Mr. Brosseau served a diverse range of positions, starting as a construction manager and quickly rising to director of land acquisition and development of more than 3,000 residential home sites in New York, New Jersey. Mr. Brosseau was then promoted to area president where he founded the Metro Living Brand and has been directly responsible for land acquisition, design, development, sales and marketing, and transition for 1,500 high-density multi-family homes.
Mr. Brosseau grew the Metro Living brand from a start-up to approximately $90 million in annual revenue within a five-year period. Under his leadership K. Hovnanian constructed and marketed some of the most successful communities on the New Jersey Gold Coast: Hudson Pointe, Grandview I and Grandview II, Crescent Court, Paulus Hook, and 77 Hudson. The scope of his responsibilities included land acquisition, risk mitigation, partnership assimilations, repositioning of assets, effective management of the entitlement process, successful negotiation of tax abatements, sales and marketing, construction operations, transition, property manager selection, and developer representative on dozens of HOA boards.
Mr. Brosseau is a graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. Business with a major in accounting), holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University, (double major in Finance and Information Systems), and a C.P.A. license.
